4. Rental Agreement

When you rent equipment from us, you agree to the terms outlined in our rental agreement. The rental agreement includes the terms of the rental period, rental fees, delivery and pickup arrangements, and your responsibilities as a renter. You must review and accept the rental agreement before completing any rental transaction.

5. Payment Terms

All rental fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and online payment methods. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information, and you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the rental fees and any additional charges that may apply.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your rental reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time may be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the equipment has been delivered. Please contact us directly to initiate a cancellation and request a refund.

7. Delivery and Pickup

We provide delivery and pickup services for all rental equipment. Delivery and pickup times will be arranged at the time of booking. You agree to ensure that someone is present at the delivery location to receive the equipment. If no one is available to receive the equipment at the scheduled time, additional delivery charges may apply. You are responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until it is picked up by our team.

8. Use of Equipment

You agree to use the rental equipment only for its intended purpose and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must follow all instructions provided by Canada Gear Rentals regarding the proper use and care of the equipment. Any damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

Canada Gear Rentals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the rental of the equipment.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canada Gear Rentals, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the services, or your violation of these terms and conditions.
